This week, #ELOsoFumarTakes takes a trip to Tampa! Well, metaphorically,of course, as we welcome Arnold Serafin of Serafin De Cuba Cigar Co. to sit down for our #257thTake! Arnold's family has doing the cigar thing in Cigar City for almost a century!
